First Impressiony Stuff
Gregorith is very tall (6'10''), and is a demon disguised as a human. He will likely set off any preternatural senses about such things or any sort of early alert wards/etc. someone has set up. He kinda has an air of menace that even other demons can find off putting. It's sometimes referred to in canon as “resting stab face”.
